Our Application Process

Our interview process includes a creative evaluation designed to help us understand how each candidate approaches creative direction, strategy, design, social media, content, and brand thinking.

Depending on the role, the process may also include conversations with members of the DG Creative Media team, portfolio review, or additional interviews. The exact process can vary by position, but the creative evaluation is a standard part of how we assess candidates.

Creative Evaluation & Work Ownership

Creative evaluation assignments are used solely for candidate assessment.

Before beginning an assignment, candidates are informed that the exercise is part of the interview process and is unpaid.

DG Creative Media does not use candidate test work for client work, pitches, internal projects, marketing, production, or any other commercial purpose.

All concepts, designs, copy, strategies, creative ideas, and other materials created by a candidate as part of the evaluation remain the candidate’s own work product and property. DG Creative Media does not acquire any right to use, reproduce, repurpose, publish, or commercialize that work.

Candidates are welcome to retain and use their evaluation work in their own portfolios.
